Orders may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase for refund, store credit, or exchange. 

When returning items please include A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form which can be accessed by reaching out to customer service via phone or email. 
Returns will be processed within 14 days. 

Shipping Costs 

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns. 

Exceptions 

Returns received without a valid RMA and label may not be accepted and therefore the customer waives their right to a refund or exchange.
